Your order is important to us and for all items except faux trees, we aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order and use a bespoke nationwide courier. Each item has its own delivery price which is determined on a weight basis. Unless requested, your order will be delivered Tuesday – Friday. For our faux tree selection, we have a lead time of two weeks. We are only able to deliver the trees within the M25. Please call before placing a faux tree order, if your delivery address is not within this zone. At the moment we are unable to fulfil international orders.
