Charlotte was our florist for our wedding in London, Fulham Palace, last year. Charlotte was amazing from start to finish. She listened carefully to our brief (which we had to do over the phone due to my travelling with work) and delivered exactly what we asked for. She provided a beautiful presentation pack demonstrating what the flowers would look like to check we were on the same page. We made some amends closer to the date which Charlotte accommodated with ease. She was friendly, professional and her work was superb! We needed very little decoration other than the flowers and everyone commented how stunning they were. Thank you again Charlotte for your amazing flowers! We were lucky to find you!
